
We worked on the world's first publication scheme for food hygiene which launched in New York in July 2000 and have been focussed on this area every since.
In 2005 the Scores on the Doors scheme was launched in the UK. We worked with the Food Standards Agency in 2011 to merge SOTD into today's standardised National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme.
The initiative is regarded as the greatest single contribution to food hygiene compliance in UK with over 76% of food businesses now achieving the top score.


It has been rated by the Royal Society of Public Health in the top 20 public health achievements (so far) this millenium.
